Here is Luke from WE ARE CHANGE letting the police know they are in violation of the Constitution. The 1st Amendment of the Constitution specifically protects the right of people to peacefully assemble and redress grievances to the government. Looks like the Pittsburgh laws need to be challenged as unconstitutional. Come on Luke, time to sue! You do not need to a permit(permission) to peacefully assemble. When you have to ask permission it is not longer a RIGHT! Watch for yourself...
