Keep on Truckin' Junior! Go #88!

With a 32nd place finish at Richmond, Junior falls in the points to 13th, 8 points out of the top 12. No problem. If you watched the race he had a top 5 car and hung with the leaders for most of the race. At the start of the race he went from 25th to 14th, and must have made a bad adjustment on that first pitstop and put him fighting for staying on the lead lap. Unfortunately the #18 had hit the setup and at one point put the 9th place car a lap down. 1 bad adjustment and 1 piece of bad luck(watch video) made the evening a bad night for Junior. But at least Junior did not give up and rolled on. It was great to see the car playing right in the Top 5 all night, it was just too bad he was 3 laps down. I was disappointed after Texas, and definitely after Talladega because he lead and went to the front many times. But, this is racing you have to take the good with the bad. There are 16 more races to the chase. Plenty of time to get back in the thick of things. Let's Go Racing Boys!
