2008 NASCAR Season Review

Congratulations to Jimmie Johnson in his 3rd consecutive NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship. He has made history being on the second to achieve this in NASCAR. Cale Yarborough is other driver who has accomplished this feat. Whether you like the #48 team or not, you have to recognize that these guys know what they are doing. Unfortunately for Dale Jr, his final race was representative of most of his season. He ran well all day starting back in 22nd spot, and racing around the Top 10 all day. Then near the end something broke on his car, and he had to park it. This just shows that there are still some fine tune issues that go along with be consistent every week. Junior had a good run this year, even though he won't be going to New York based on points. Junior's cars were very good this year, with only 2 DNFs, and usually you could find him in the Top 10 or Top 5. There were many laps lead this year, and even a win at Michigan. I think this was a good transition year, and with a little more luck, next year ought to be even better. Childress Racing is definitely coming to around. I like Kevin Harvick and Jeff Burton, they are definitely in my Top 5 if not #2 and #3 drivers. I think Tony Stewart will make the chase next year, and Ryan Newman is a wildcard, and capable of winning if given very good equipment. I think Joey Lagano is overrated, and Brad Keselowski(sp?) will be the one to watch for Rookie of the Year. Maybe Scott Speed will show some performance too. I think all teams improved in the end, and next year will be exciting to watch! Can't wait till Daytona 2009!!! Let's go racing boys!

Great Military Operation!

This is what the military needs to be used for other than defense. When Americans are accosted overseas, we should send in Special Operations! It was told that an American Hostage was rescued over the weekend by SpecialOPS in Afghanistan, and it was a very exhilarating story! We should strike fear in our enemies, and give Americans a sense of security that America will rescue you in any hostage situation.

2008 Car Manufacturer Bailout Request

Wow! This is an awesome car! Can't wait until I can afford one in 2010. I expect a quick sales spike when they first some out, but I don't know if 100,000 people a year will be buying the car, which is the projective sales prediction. Still debating between a covertible or this one. Tough Tough decisions. I just hope they will make the car, and don't go bankrupt before it's been mass produced. The big Three major car manufacturers are requesting a 65 Billion dollar bailout. Bailing out private business with taxpayer money should not be stood for. It seems as if most people were not in favor of this bailout! Is this Trillion Dollar transfer of spending power that was given to the Executive Branch, only going to increase with the new administration? Is this taxation without representation?? I believe so, it's time to take this government back from it's ramparting abuse of the constitution. These people that you are continue to elect are not for you, they are for spending your money. We should let businesses who cannot run themselves fail. As the small businesses grow into medium businesses accommodating the transition of workers. I think the scene of the business of cars is going to change to spot production instead of mass production.

Next to last race in the Chase : Phoenix 2008

This race was actually good. There was good racing all around. Junior pretty much maintained top 5 the whole race and came in a lucky 6. Jimmie Johnson has just been dominating this year, and deserves his 3rd in a row championship and wins at Pheonix. They have set the bar for every other team next year. One more Race to go, with a season recap!

AJ Allmendinger causes problems for Matt Kenseth and Tony Stewart, and Matt gives him a little thank you at the end of the race. Hope we don't move to getting lawyers for teams to see who is at fault, and who will pay for the fixing of race cars. With the economy spiraling down... who knows...

Off to Homestead and the end of the season. Junior puts himself back in the Top 10 in Championship Points, and hopefully a seat at the Waldof-Astoria.

US under Martial Law

The United States is under Martial Law. We have deployed an additional 1700 troops for Homeland Security.

I won't say anymore.... the sheep have made their choice.

Ron Paul could not have beat Barack Obama

Unfortunately America does not believe in the Constitution, and does not believe in freedom. America wants government to take care of them. America does not believe that they should work to earn their living. They believe that America should have everything taken care of themselves. Unfortunately Ron Paul's message gets lost in... take care of me.

Will people respect the constitution, or will the revolution begin....

9/11 Truth: We are Change Marches on WTC7 - 9/11/2008

The truth movement for 9/11 will never fail. It is increasing yearly in number, and eventually the truth will come out. It will be sooner than the Gulf of Tonkin, and hopefully the criminals who masterminded this operation will be punished. We must remember the First Responders who are not getting any help after being lied to by the EPA that the air was safe to breath. I will never forget... have you??

Watch the spectacular event for yourself! 9/11 was an inside job!!! Just take some time to learn, and you will agree!

Duke Basketball Preview 2008-2009

Duke, you hear the name and you think success. The excitement for this years basketball squad brings goosebumps. The superb freshman class coming in, with Miles Plumlee being hopefully an assest on the inside at 6'10", 260. With some quickness added with Elliot Williams a 6'4, 180, Guard. Also we have Olek Czyz, 6'7", 240, who was stated as putting on an impressive performance in Durham's Summer leagues were you find pros and college athletes playing together. This is just the Freshman class. We only lost Demarcus Nelson to graduation last year, which brings back a ton of talent. Kyle Singler, Jon Scheyer, Nolan Smith, Lance Thomas, Greg Paulus, Martynus Pocius, Brian Zoubeck ( Its gotta be tough being 7'1", and not hurt something), and I think the standout player of this year is going to be Gerald Henderson. Gerald looked very very good last year, and I think he will play a key role this year keeping the tempo up, and going to the basket. With a 3-point range advantage, I think Duke is coming together with being a Post and Drive advantage too. With the three factors coming together, I think the NCAA's will show the ability and talent that everyone always seems to under rate at Duke. Its understandable that Duke hasn't gotten past the Sweet 16 in some time, but this year I feel the most confident with the talent that Duke possesses this year. In this years preseason rankings Duke was placed #8 in the AP poll, and #5 in the coaches poll. I can't wait to watch some televised games, and feel the excitement of winning! I believe we will find Duke ranked #2 quickly until they beat UNC for the first time, in which they will take the #1 ranking to the NCAAs! LETS GO DUKE!!! There are some out there that don't like Dick Vitale, but I love hearing him announce with his total enthusiasm for College Basketball. When people are going to play Duke, Dickie V's gonna be shouting, "IT's TIME FOR A T.O. BABY, HERE COME THE DUKIES!!!!!!" LETS GO DUKE!!!

Book Review: The Revolution, A Manifesto by Ron Paul

Our country is in a sad state. But there is a solution and real hope. Ron Paul outlines not only the problems with out current government, but also the solutions in which we could start taking steps to create what our forefathers had provided us. It is very sad that no one truly cares about the US Constitution anymore. It is sad that people want to claim that it is too simple, and it obviously can't be held to today's standards. It's unfortunate that people don't even know what the constitution entails. Ron Paul understands the Constitution explicitly and he eloquently explains in detail the problems with the economy, and how it is directly affected by the actions of the faux Federal Reserve. He also takes a stand on Liberty and expresses great opinions on the matter. If you care about Freedom at all, this is a book to read, because it will give you more of a background into how our freedoms are being abused and the manner they are being abused. This government was setup so we can really change it. We just need the right people in office to do so. Let the revolution begin.....
