Barack Obama, "The Constitution is a negative document."

Barack Obama stated in a 2001 Chicago NPR Interview that "The Constitution is a negative document.."

There is no defense for this statement. He stated it was a negative document because it told what the government could not do to the people. But it did not tell what the government COULD do for the people. Even though Mr. Obama is a lawyer and a professor. I think he missed the grasp of what the Constitution really means. I think he missed what the Constitution stands for.

There is no defense for calling the Constitution a negative document. It is wrong. The Constitution is one of the most creative, POSITIVE documents ever crafted in the history of man. The Constitution must be a negative document to Mr. Obama because it must hold him back from his wishes and dreams. It must affect Mr. Obama in a negative way. Perhaps it negatively affects the direction that Mr. Obama wishes to take this country. The only person who this negatively affects is a person who does not care for the rights given to people.

The fact that Mr. Obama claims this great document as negative shows what kind of person he truly is. I am saddened that no one is really talking about it, other than Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report, but of course this does not get to the mainstream media. It's unfortunate that people do not care that our Constitution is continued to be trampled on, and will further be trampled on with the Despotism of a Democrat ruled Government.

I will just remind everyone, that the Declaration of Independence can be reenvoked for a reassertion of Liberty.

George Washington warned us about the party system, and his farewell address seems to be coming to life.

NASCAR: The Chase Continues

How about today's race! This was a good one, and it just goes to show how good the top 15 are, and the rest of the crowd can barely keep up. It's unfortunate that the Top 15 basically consist of the 4 major stables: Rousch, Hendrick, Gibbs, and Childress. Childress would have done better if Burton and Bowyer wouldn't have gotten caught up in messes. Burton a result of Blaney not being able to maintain speed, and Bowyer perhaps his own mistake of not being careful on Pit Road.  Congratulations to Carl Edwards on the win at Atlanta, unfortunately the 48 team increases his point lead. Dale Jr had a strong car, and it seemed as if he got some good long green runs he could've made it to the front, getting in 3rd place and gaining several times before a caution came out and put him back in the field. It took him about 30 laps to get his car right and zoom on back. Now don't get me wrong he did fall back in the pack several times, but when the combination was right he just motored his way back up. In the end with an 11th place finish, it seemed a typical day for Junior, running in the top 5, leading a lap, and finishing around 10th. We gotta close the deal fellas! That's ok, Texas and Phoenix has both been pleasant for Junior, so it'll still be exciting!

No posts for Lowes... thanks Goodyear!

Junior had strong cars in both those races and got caught up in some Bull.

So the Title Chase seems out of reach this year, but at least the equipment is there. So lets get some luck next year in 2009!

Lance Armstrong officially enters UCI Pro Tour

Lance Armstrong has entered several tours for professional cycling this year. But the question lingers about his Tour de France appearance. Most people do not know that you have to be invited to race in the Tour de France, and Lance has not officially or unofficially heard whether or not he will be invited to the Tour de France 2009. According to the UK Times online, he has submitted his request and has heard no reply. Make no mistake, the Tour de France 2009 plays directly into Lance's hands with several good mountainous stages that Lance is good at. Let the Tour de France 2009 officials know that it would be a tremendous benefit to have Lance in it. It definitely would give us someone to route for even though there are some good Americans always in the Tour, George Hincape(would love to see him win!), but Lance would blow the publicity out of the water. He just finished 2nd in the Leadville tour in PA, and his first official race in the Pro Tour is in Jan. 2009 in Austrailia. So, the ears to the floor awaiting word on the Tour de France 2009. Go Lance and Livestrong!

Constitutional Rights

The government has made tireless efforts to re-educate the population on what a "Right" is. The United States Constitution gives you the unalienable right to 1. Life 2. Liberty and 3. the Pursuit of Happiness. It also gives you the Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom to Bear Arms, Freedom of Press, the right to not incriminate yourself, the right to have a speedy trial, the right to have a trial by a group of peers, the right to be secure in your property, and to not be search unreasonably, and punished cruely.

Our government has made massive strides in the past 8 years to condition you to start throwing away your rights. The Patriot Act, the FISA Court Amendments, and many other acts slowly enacted throughout the past 100 years.

The biggest and most important thing to remember is that is RIGHT does not need permission to happen.

It is your RIGHT to own a gun, you do not need to have permission.

It is your RIGHT to choose whether or not you wear a seatbelt.

It is your RIGHT to deny an officer of the law to search your property or persons without a warrant.

Your RIGHTS are yours without question. If you have to have permission, it is no longer a right.

The more you allow someone to slide around the Constitution, the more it becomes your fault on whether the Constitution is upheld.

The United States Constitution is one of the greatest documents ever written. The only people who don't like it are the people who wish to control and manipulate you.

Stop being slaves, and start being FREE!

Ben Franklin says it best, "Those who would  give up ESSENTIAL LIBERTY for TEMPORARY SECURITY, deserve neither liberty nor security."

Be Secure in yourselves, and maintain your liberties.

Zeitgeist : Addendum

If you haven't watched Zeitgeist you definitely are missing out, checkout my earlier post on that. But even if you haven't watched Zeitgeist, you can still watch and understand Zeitgeist:Addendum. It was another great documentary on how the government and the financial systems are deeply intertwined. It's obvious that we need to abolish the Federal Reserve, when we finally get some real representation in Congress maybe we can.

NASCAR 2008 Chase Race 4 : Talladega

How about Carl Edward's stupid move at 14 laps to go causing a wreck. It's obvious you don't bump someone on the left side of their bumper. One reason I think Kevin Harvick is probably my #2 driver, because he tells it like it is. Go Kevin! Dale Jr got caught up in Carl Edwards mistake, while moving to the front.  Junior had a great car all day, led laps and showed strength moving toward the front when he desired it. Talladega is a crapshoot, and anyone can win this thing. Brian Vickers can wreck TWO drivers to get a win at Dega. So, let's see how this race plays out. Even though the disappointment is great with Junior being out, it still is an exciting race. Congrats to Tony Stewart for winning a controversial finish. There might be some slight argument that Regan Smith was forced down, and it looked like that. Although he should've taken the run he had to the top. Oh well, off to Lowes Motor Speedway! How about Scott Riggs with that 8th place finish!

New Catchphrase "Going Forward"

I find this phrase most disgusting. People who use this phrase just wish to change the conversation and stifle what you have to say. Just stop talking about what we are talking about because I am "Going Forward" with the coversation. GOING FORWARD, how about Moving Forward. If you take the context of when it is used, it is used incorrectly. I mean the following statement: "Looking at where we are, going forward, we should do this." This just makes me want to vomit. Almost as bad as the flip-flop craze, ugh. At least say "Moving Forward" or how about a complete sentence! Going Forward is a very dumb phrase to use. SO STOP IT! Use a transition phrase, if you want to other than that.
