The Democrat Members of this Commission did not attend this session, presumably to avoid any votes. Probably not because they did not agree with the following CSPAN Video, in which a few members vehemently dress down the Department of Justice's continuing effort to withhold documentation the Commission wishes to review pertaining to two guys with batons standing outside of a polling place. Is a baton a weapon? Should a polling official be wearing a weapon? I guess it shouldn't matter, 2nd Amendment.. right? The real issue is the refusal of a government agency to cooperate with oversight agencies that maintain ethical and moral standards within government. The refusal of turning over documents by usually means they are hiding something. What is it? Watch 42 minutes of this interesting banter:
