Muslim stops traffic in UK

Here it is:

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article976258.ece

Terrible. I wrote a Letter to London United Bus Company.

to: customer@lonutd.co.uk

To whom it may concern:

The public deserves better treatment, and more respect, than to be kicked off the bus for a driver’s personal reasons. No matter what the reason was, it was personal because it was not related to the business of driving a bus. Therefore you as a company are stating by not handling this event properly as a business, by releasing this person from employment, that you think it is ok for your employees to kick people off the bus for personal reasons. Employees should not cause loss of capital for personal reasons. If they are not able to meet the obligations of the job because of personal reasons, they should not be in that job. Driving a bus is a very important and respected position. Maintaining traffic safety and customer care are primary to running an effective business. Harassing clients, by forcing them off the bus is inexcusable for a driver of such an important and respected company. I would expect from a well-respected intelligent organization, that once the investigation is complete, the facts will be sufficient enough to let this employee go.

Sincerely,

Paul Michael Owens

UPDATE: I received a response!

Dear Mr Owens,

Following investigation, CCTV and other evidence confirms that, under direction from his control room, the driver terminated the service at Langley Fire Station bus stand. The passengers were then transferred to another 81 bus to complete their journey. The driver had a ten minute authorised break before his next scheduled departure and used this time to undertake his ritual prayers.
